About Me

Pineapple Princessa
I am an American who is temporarily living in Switzerland, an eden for hungry people where the food is ridiculously fresh and delicious and there is little else to do but buy slightly bigger jeans and chow down. By posting nutrition and health related info that might be little known, controversial, or at least slightly interesting, I hope to inspire others to become more involved in their food, take note of where it comes from, and be particular about its quality and effects on health.
